We collect data you voluntarily submit through our forms: title, last name, first name, email, phone number, request subject, message, address, and newsletter preferences.
For online donations, payment details are processed by Stripe. ERFI does not store full card numbers.
2. How we use data
Data is used to answer your requests, manage donations, send confirmations, perform administrative follow-up, and share updates about our work if you opted in.
3. Data recipients
Data is accessible only to authorized ERFI members and required service providers (for example: Stripe for payments, hosting providers, and email services).
We do not sell personal data.
4. Communication methods
We communicate mainly by email and, when needed, by phone. Payment notifications are handled through secure payment-provider tools.
5. Security measures
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards: restricted data access, use of secure payment services, website maintenance updates, and data retention limited to legitimate needs.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and withdraw communication consent at any time by contacting ongerfi@gmail.com.
